Coaching: It’s a Mindful Game*
Anchor - Cultivating the Capacity and Impact of Leaders - Room 734

How might coaches develop the capacity to become spectators of the workings of their own mind? In this session, we will talk about the mindsets of being a coach. We will discuss the things that get in the way of coaching relationships and strategies to make sure we are aware of our own thinking.
